I've encountered this before. It happens after every Chrome update on my phone, and on my laptop when another website changes the zoom/resolution settings. Resetting everything back to defaults usually fixes things.

Will try but aint using chrome ....using opera and i had to go from normal 100% to 80% for the menu to go to normal problem is that screen is way too small for my eyes and never used to have a issue with it being bigger before

You've probably got your screen DPI set to 125% I would guess.
It only happens in Chromium based browsers as far as I know. Opera is based on Chromium.
