A figure approaches you. You ask his name but he replies that his creator had not bestowed him one. He tells a tale of a recent nightmarish vision where an elusive creature known as Rascal had bred two offspring known as Jade and Phoenix.

Update ~~~ My ticket finally got a reply from a cow.   My toons that I listed with their IDs in my ticket that never received a ring of bene have been given rings.

Heres to hoping that someday Top Player will show 5th tier and that an actual fix for the Ring of Bene will happen.

I submitted a couple of tickets yesterday morning with the all the things I mentioned in this thread.   Without a reply to the tickets, this thread or a news update, most things were fixed within a few hours.    Top Player still doesn't show 5th tier and new toons don't have a ring of bene, but everything else was fixed. 

Attention still needed!!!
