Hello, I am a relatively new player, so I do not have much experience in the game, but when I tried to enter Murky Depths, the load bar would fill fairly fast, and after about 5-7 full "loads" it would then say "Terminal Error Loaded Data", and I would be unable to move or teleport out or anything. I was wondering if there is a fix, or if I could be transported out of the zone? Thank-you.

Hi, are you using the client or the browser version? You can go into the diagnostics tool (double click eldevindiag.jar in the client folder) and clear the cache. That should hopefully clear out any files that have maybe got corrupt.

I could move you out but it should just work.

Hmm i am having the same problem im using steam, used the .jar cleared cache opened game same error, cleared cache pre loaded opened game same error. so i tryed deleting the appdata folder and open it after still same error seems the data for this area may be corrupt on the server side.

ps.

hope its fixed soon i really want to get back to playing this game :3

New Info so i tryed every thing i could think of, download client from website same error, so i tryed playing it off your site using java and still same error, Not sure on what to do and if i start a new charactrer i belive it will just happen again. if its not corrupt on the hosted servers with the data maybe its the way it is being packed and sent out to the client itself,

im just throwing ideas coz i WANT to play this game i was having so much fun with the 3 hours i played before entering this dungeon x.x

Also Can i please be moved out of the Murky depths please @livingtarget

Please try again, I have just cleared the cdn cache just in case that was the cause. Definitely looks like it's pulling the wrong files in your case.

Invalid checksum, deleting: 09DC049113DABDEDB7E8150CE25F2D18.eld

seems to always be this file that is corrupt or damaged.

Tryed all the .jar things again and still the same error

Yes, thank you it worked very well. It fixed the issue immediately. Thank you once again.
I would also recommend other people pre-load the game data as that can drastically increase load speeds and it prevented the issue from coming up again.

Have you tried preloading the game files? That way you won't have to download them from the server as you play, imrpoving load times.etc. Also try re-downloading it.

@Farore, i tryed every thing it downloads a corrupt file for me and when its removed it downloads the same file that is corrupt.

@livingtarget, So what do i do this is what i have done to fix this error/corrupt file.

Clear Cache pre downloaded, still has 09DC049113DABDEDB7E8150CE25F2D18.eld as wrong file and removes.

start game gives the same error then i validate again... removes 09DC049113DABDEDB7E8150CE25F2D18.eld.

Cleared java cache and game cache starts game and same error. once again it removes 09DC049113DABDEDB7E8150CE25F2D18.eld after i validate.

uniinstalled deletes everything of the game then i want to website to play it using java...... OH SAME ERROR. not sure what else to do here but this is my last post if i cant get this fixed..... or reply im just gonna give this game a bad review even tho i had fun for 3 hours when it came out on steam. i want to play it just this same error is halting me and not letting me injoy playing and i cant make a new character coz this error will happen all over again.

also asked if i could be moved out of murky depths but that didnt happen as well :'(

Can you visit: http://108.161.187.218 and it should tell you which location in the world is serving you these bad files. It would really help us, so thanks for your patience.

I've moved your main character out of the realm, but it won't fix the problem if you go back in unfortunately.

If all else fails I've also uploaded the file manually: to: https://drive.google...iew?usp=sharing

Just grab it off there and place it in the \.huntedcowcache\eldevin\ folder

The file on the Los Angeles data center seems to be correct, so it must somehow be cached somewhere in between there and your computer. At least you can play the game for now as this is one error we cannot fix.

I can only think that maybe something like a dns/isp is caching the file somewhere, but I am clutching at straws here.

Hi All!

Glad to be here, only 1 year into MMOs and this only my 3rd but most interesting one! :)

Okay, I might be late to this party but I found that I'm receiving this "Terminal Error Loaded Data Error" on Firefox or Opera on my XP lap using Java browser mode (to save disk space) when booting the game up after Enter Realm with the default US server but it doesn't occur if I start on the Oceanic and European servers, and no problems at all on any server when I run the game on Linux Mint partition. If it means anything, on the Server Select panel the US server almost always has low "pings", like 16 against 290 for Oceanic and 150 for Europe.  Hope that helps anything!

Please keep up the great work! :)

Hi Leafa,

This error usually indicates there is an issue with the downloaded game files. If you're playing via your browser, try clearing your cache. For instructions on how to do this for your specific browser, please visit refreshyourcache.com.
