HCS changed it to such, and seem to be happy with how it is, so why wouldnt it be logical to assume? Even the name indicates such a notion "PvP Smasher" Medal... sounds to me that its a Medal for smashing PvPers >.<

Kjeften, its PvP. What did HCS expect people to do, jump up and down in joy? :roll: People need to realize that after the initial excitement, itd die down again, and be the same as it is now :(

I know.. But you say you would like a medal introduced FOR PvPers. This was it, and this is probably what will happen to the next one.
I would rather we fixed this one than add another one.


A medal FOR PvPers (after this...fiasco) would be a Medal that only counts hits off the board, and outside of Ladder. In other words, A Medal that only PvPers wouldnt have a problem getting, but sure, I can agree to fix this one.

The only difference I can see in you suggestion from this one is you want to make it a separate medal.. Basically both ideas would do the exact same thing...

only way i would like to see this count for off board and off ladder hits is if it were revamped to take things into consideration before a medal tick was awarded eg buffs ... must have a minimum of 8? pvp buffs active on the defender AND with those 8? buffs could the defender win outside a 2%, maybe by a reckoning activation on KE or DC, would a reckoning activation on their SH get them above your armor or do they have GS or HG on that if one activates they have more defense than your attack and a chance to win etc so its not just a split hair of a chance on JUST the defender,... or the defender is holding a very abundant amount of gold for their level maybe 1000 or 1500 times the defenders level.

other possibilities but you should see what i mean with the buffs.

i intended to mean they would need to consist of buffs capable of changing the outcome odds dramatically, would be no point as you said if they could just be buffed with EA lvl 1 and stun lvl 1 etc etc.

How would HCS program this? If a player was in Defense, someone could buff Sanctuary, SA, etc. and loophole that way.

pretty sure it would fall to it being considered manipulating another players stats/character if they were randomly buffed then hit which leads to warnings by hcs, so you couldnt be bullied, if you were buffed up by yourself or guildie or asked a friend/buffer for buffs and had a reasonable chance of winning by someone attacking you it would be the fact you were unlucky or not quite well defended enough, much better odds than being offline with no chance of defending.

i also meant revamped as in some calculating to see if it gives them a chance, meaning sanct is obviously not gonna help a defense set so would not count.
