well if you look at the pictures the guy is still green an able to talk to him but hes attacking. an you cant attack back.

Just hit your attack button. It shows green, but you can attack. I think they said there's a fix coming to change the highlight to red.

As other posters have mentioned, more information is always better than less. 
However I've seen this issue reported before. Were you able to resume the dungeon after this normally or is it a problem you are able to reliably replicate?
