well i dislike ratings ... they dont tell you much ..... or anyhting actually >.> ... so i'll just tel you wat you could have done better,
a) make her take up a bit more of thw picture
take the eraser, and use of the soft brushes to erase teh effect over the focal
c) experiment, try using some smudging or brushing to make teh bg ....
otherwise ... preety good xD

text isnt something to worry too too much about ... just use whatever you think looks good, in teh end its like the sprinkles on teh icew-cream, it tastes preety good wothout it, but the sprinkles just add a little .... tahts justwas t text should be ....should i use different text?
and err ... ahem .... *goes to get icecream*
