Thanks for all the feedback here, as Zue has stated we're certainly still working on the game and over the next few months we've more new features and patches planned. The first post Mothership patch will be coming next week with various improvements and bug fixes.

#983360 Concerning alternate accounts, is there a limit?

We are investigating the issue with many alternate accounts, while we do allow people to have more than 1 account. More than 5 seems excessive, we'll be looking at removing any accounts violating this rule.

#982933 Game Update 1.7 - The Mothership Awakens!

Game Update 1.7 - The Mothership Awakens will launch on Monday the 24th of July. All Game servers will be offline from 9am (UTC) for 3 hours while we update the game. 
 
Patch Notes

  • An Alien Mothership has been available to capture in every region. This can be found by accessing your bookmarks panel.
  • Alliances can enter capture points by sending 'Secure' deployments to the 16 sectors which are adjacent to the Mothership crash site.
  • When an Alliance secures the Mothership, their Leader will gain access to grant positive and negative titles to any players in their region. This player will also be known as the 'Defender of New Earth'
  • These titles will be shown on both of their player profiles and in the chat rooms.
  • Players in other regions can now have their profiles viewed via an Info button on Facilities and Outposts, this significantly improves cross-server communication.
  • Two new unit types have been added to the game, and will obtainable soon!
  • Updated the wording on the Alliance Ranks panel to make it clearer.
  • Updated colouring on several panels to correctly show NAP alliance tags in yellow.
  • Various optimisations and Improvements.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed a rare bug where territory tiles could display incorrectly.
  • Fixed an issue where invite notification would allow you to view the alliance or decline the invitation before the alliance was loaded.
  • Fixed a disconnect caused by looking up a disbanded alliance.
  • Fixed an issue where rallies would always display as friendly color on the map.
  • Fixed an issue where the message that said you cannot create rallies would be hidden behind the window.
  • Fixed an issue where nuclear missile silos would display the data for the current player's region in other regions.
  • Fixed an issue where tooltips could overlay panels when applying boosts to deployments.
  • Fixed an issue where dropship level would report incorrectly when changing specialisation.
  • Fixed an issue where the rally troop information panel would not update while having it open.
  • The Camera now clamps to the actual world bounds in the world map.

I'd like to echo what Zue has said here, there are some great suggestions in here that can improve the game. We're planning on sharing details about the 1.7 Mothership update very soon. Keep posting suggestion, just because we're busy with this right now doesn't mean we're ignoring you and we're definitely trying to constantly improve the game :)

We understand your frustration here with Rallies not being able to beat certain large players. We're hard at work on the next game update, but we do appreciate the feedback and will continue to look at ways to balance the game better.

Hey Buffarilla,

 

We're actively working to update the game on a regular basis and make improvements that allow all players to enjoy the game. We're also happy to listen to any suggestions you may have, a good number of the recent features we've added have been based on player feedback. One of which was the recent improvement to rallies, if rallies are still not effective enough against large players, we can certainly investigate this further.

 

Our 1.7 update is indeed in the works and we'll be sharing more on that soon.

Operation New Earth will be offline on Thursday the 8th of June at 10am (UTC) for 4 hours while we update to game version 1.6.8

 

Patch Notes

 

Features

  • The maximum level of VIP which players can earn has been increased to 20. Any players with an experience value above level 10 will have the appropriate rewards added to their account.
  • The amount of bonus VIP time (previously 24 hours) you earn from leveling up your VIP has now been increased to a maximum of 96 hours.
  • When visiting other regions you can now view the leaderboards for that region.
  • When there is a rally the player can join, there will now be a marker above the Situation Room.
  • Rallies can now target world map enemies (alien and black ops) and enemy marches.
  • A cooldown of 10 seconds between deploying scouts has been added.
  • Players will now only be recommended mission for building structures or researching.
  • Units that are added from rewards now go to the shelter by default and can exceed the limit.
  • The amount of experience required for each level of Alliance Cache experience has been reduced, as a result, some Alliances will see an increase in their current Cache level.
  • Added a reminder on HQ7 that after HQ8 players can no longer transfer between regions.
  • Added reminders at Hero level 20 and 30 reminding players that their hero can now be captured / executed.
  • Localisation has been improved for the new features.
Bugs
  • Fixed a bug where contesting ticking tiles would remain when switching to the region view.
  • Fixed a bug where capturing more than one hero in a session wouldn’t always display them in the Containment panel until the game was restarted
  • Fixed an issue where the number of MOVs available might not always be displayed on the Outpost Build panel.
  • Fixed an issue where the Bunker’s troop recall message could display the wrong value.
  • Fixed an issue where the Airstrip wouldn't always display gathering progress properly.
  • Fixed bug where you could make a pact with your own Alliance causing a crash.

Hey guys,

 

As mentioned last week we're hard at work on the next major update featuring the Mothership, we plan on releasing this later in June, we're hoping to release a smaller quality of life patch before this and we'll keep you update when we have more information. 

 

Another improvement which will be coming next patch is that 'Rallies can now target NPC enemies and enemy marches' this has been a requested feature for a while so we're testing this now :) and looking forward to releasing it for you all soon!

HOOF I Thought that this is what it's for rather than messaging support. I think it's time to take my alliance else where to a game not so greedy. From £79.99 which was expensive to start with to £99.99 which is extortionate.

We've not changed the price of any packages, these are based in US dollars. Unfortunately due to continuing changes in the world economy, some prices in different currencies have fluctuated. Unfortunately this is outwith our control, but we'll always do our best to offer great value to our players.

This event has 10 levels of new Alien tiles, defeating which will reward units :)

Commander we've detected a swarm of UFO's entering New Earth's atmosphere. Dropships are being shot down across the region! 
 
We should be able to rescue any survivors if we can reach these locations. The event will run for 66 hours and end on Monday at 7am (UTC).

ADVISORY: Please be advised, in patch 1.5.8 Strategic Outposts and Facilities that have an attack value will shoot attackers, regardless of whether units / hero are present in defense. Meaning a small number of losses will be unavoidable in every attack.
 
New Features!
  • Base Expansion! The map around the player’s facility has been changed to accommodate more Structures.
  • Players at level 12 headquarters can now build an additional Oil Rig, Alloy Refinery, Black Market and Geophonic Farm.
  • Players can now build 2 additional Medical Bays. These become available upon reaching HQ 13 and HQ 16 respectively.
  • 6 new research skills have been added. These can be found in the new Specialized Research category.
  • The Bookmarks panel has been renamed ‘Search Map’ and been updated to include a new ‘Sector Scan’ tab.
  • Players can use the Sector Scan to find nearby locations, the scan range will increase based upon the level of the player’s Satellite Uplink.
  • The Reinforcement Capacity research was incorrectly stating it only increased your Security Station limit. It did in fact also increase your Outpost limit too. The description of the research has been updated to be correct.
  • The Engineering Bay now also adds to the Station Unity Limit for your Facility and Outposts, the values can be seen on the information panel.
  • Gather marches now show the currency available to be gathered in the deployment panel.
Bug Fixes
  • Fixed a bug where the numerical rounding on some tool-tips was causing confusion.
  • Fixed incorrect Neutronium cost of level 22 Airstrip. Players who already purchased it at the higher cost will be awarded Neutronium items up to the value of the difference.
  • Fixed a bug on the client where upgrading allied outposts would increase your power instead.
  • Fixed a bug where all the resources on a gatherable location would not be collected if your gathering speed buff expired midway through the gather.
  • Fixed a bug where alliance missions would show enabled start buttons when VIP expired.
  • Fixed a bug where the background music would occasionally stop playing.
  • Fixed a bug with some graphics being scaled to large or small.
  • Fixed 'Join Rally' deployment being marked as hostile, which triggered incorrect voice alert.
  • Fixed an issue where attacks on strategic outposts can be unknowingly sent as a raid when destroy was intended.

NOTE: We had discussed making gathering units head to the Medical Bays however this change has been abolished due to overwhelming negative feedback.

Due to the way the game is build it's impossible to cheat. If this player is abusing people verbally or working around the swear filter please report them to our support team. Any screenshots would help them take action against this player.
