Okay, I've got the email with 3 codes. I can redeem one for myself, and send 2 to some friends. Can friends of mine send me one of their codes and I can redeem theirs as well or is it restricted to 1 redemption regardless of where you get it?

One code regardless.
Not sure if you could send your friends one but i dont see why not if they have not activated theirs yet. Also there MAY or MAY NOT be more packs in the future so there may be more than one pack you can get just not the one that is being given out currently.

Once you are in game click upgrades and then hit redeem(under loyalty) and input your code and there you have it your awesome benefits

thank you for the code but i spent 10 min looking for fallensword on the website couldn't find it isn't this supposed to bring in new players ? name of the page mmorpg i didnt hit the search button i was checking out the list

Go to the left of the screen and click on upgrades, and then click redeem
And to HCS, I am amazed! I was expecting the beginners pack, now I have to pick my lower jaw up off the floor. My most sincere thanks.
