Nobody really knows what's going to be good yet - so I'd guess at just taking a look and seeing what looks good. Some of the Core Skills seem pretty good, Mission Finder and Strike maybe? I see you've already chosen to be a Soldier, so I imagine bandage would also be a solid choice, allowing you to heal anywhere on the World Map.
Those are just suggestions though - I'm as new to this as you are =)

game is pretty new I think - and we're all given a one time skill reset for free anyway
so experimenting is not a bad idea

Start by clicking the world icon on the left of the screen, then read the "Orientation" quest and work yourway through it, it explains alot of the basics and is user friendly.

well if it is anything like fallensword, and considering what ive seen, it is, then my guess is that as far as core skills go, the ones that are the equivalents of the good fs skills would be the good skills in this game. the difference here is that u have different race skills too, so that might mix things up a bit too.

You can experiment, you can reset your skill points / class once for free
