Bug starts at Vestor Field with Smith. I now have 5 tablets from him, quest marker never changes. But was told 5 times to return to the Mage. Smith has 2 options if you talk to him. One replace a lost tablet, (which you get automatic in the dialog) or here is a tablet, This is where I got the other 4 tablets. But again quest marker never moves on. I know this used to work as I completed it with my main.
