I still have a problem with the bar under the send message button , I can't see it , I am using firefox , plz can anyone help me with that ?

I am not aware of that issue but im sure if you send a ticket in to HCS they might be able to help...

I would advise making sure you dont have any extensions you dont need/use (Usually they can effect it)

Failing that i would suggest clearing all data on firefox then trying again..
