Looking at the front page of this forum there are 3 iPad/iPhone games..
Was just wondering any plans on android based games of any kind ?
I know you all well busy within HCS as of right now... releasing betas getting stuff done and merging rest of games..
But,.. ., You get what i mean right?

Hi Lynx,
As I covered on the Battle Dungeon forum, we don't have any plans to release games for Android at the moment.
The main reason is simply that the platform is too fragmented. On iOS, we know that all users will have one of only 3 or 4 processors, 1 or 2 graphics cards, 2 or 3 screen resolutions, and 1 or 2 OS versions. This is not true on Android, where in many of the cheaper devices, we wouldn't even find a graphics processor, let alone one as fast as the iPhone's. Similarly, on Android, users could have OS versions several years old, simply because their phone maker decided not to ship any OS upgrades.
The end result is that it's much much harder to support Android if you intend to write and test really high quality software.
I hope you continue to enjoy our web games, and if you get an iOS device, enjoy our iOS games too.
