It would be very useful to have a table with the prices of all kinds of absolute gems.
I wish we could have this topic with the full list of gems and their average prices.
I know that there are at least two prices, the one from who sells and the one from who buys and we could have an average fair price just to balance the trades and guide new players like me.
Then I ask the help of all players of good will to create this list, which is going to be edited to add the content.

These prices were suggested to me and are open to comments about why they should be higher or lower.
Thanks ernzor for your opinion. Prices may vary, but they do not change all the time, unless when merchants and sellers are trying to exploit the buyer's ignorance or lack of knowledge about the fair prices. Now with the suggested prices above you may edit your post and say something useful about why prices should be different. The only thing you said is that prices are getting cheaper and cheaper, which makes someone to believe that the lower values above should be considered as the fair prices for the months to come.
