I got my Internet provider to do a complete reset on my internet connection and also turned my modem off for 30 minutes or so while eating supper.

Since doing so I have had 0 issues.

 

Have you logged out and attempted to log back in? 

 

I have zero issues once it lets me back in... until I log in from a different device (other comp, phone).

 

Sooo...CORRECTION: just did the test. 

 

Logged out on the comp I'm on and then connected to https://www.huntedcow.com/auth?game=6

 

It allows me to go to the login screen. I input user info and... ta-dah! Redirects me to www.fallensword.com.

 

Assuming it will "fix" itself in 20 minutes or so.

Myself, daughter and husband all had trouble getting into our accounts this past weekend as well.  We could log in but wouldn't let us play. Would hit forums or shop and could see we were logged in but when we hit account wouldn't let us into the main game.Working good today.

And it is STILL doing the same thing can get into sigma fine forums fine but not FS and i was on earlier and nothing has changed in or on my computer .... IT IS NOT US    >>>>   IT IS YOU  <<<<  world wide problems with your game  not our computers or our setups ......

I have said off and on during my gaming time that I followed a group of young women into this game, that I tended when they were much younger, all but one is now gone.

 

I asked her to log into the game ,earlier in the day, on bing.  She said she is glad no one could hear her cuss the results. lol

She's at work now but will be here sometime tomorrow to try again, she'll be able to hunt soon.

 

I hope to be able to hunt soon too, I'm near full stam again.  Yes it has happened to me again earlier when I was messing around.

 

Salvation will be on soon, tonight is the season finale.

Hello guys! I am constantly on Fallen Sword and have been noticing this issue as well! I have noticed that when I switch from Chrome to Safari, it allows me to re-type my login credentials, but if I click the login if I have an account twice, it just reloads the page. A "quick fix" I suppose to this is to put your browser on incognito mode, and log into the game as usual. I understand that some people do not want to put in their credentials in, but I figured this may, or may not, find this useful. I have only tried this on my iPhone for this issue, but I will report back when/if I try it on my browser. (I currently use Chrome primarily.)

Unlike the previous occasion on which I had this problem, I've come back the following day and still have the problem.

I've tried the advice above, and logged in using a "private browsing window" -- and it worked.  This adds to the certainty that it's not a problem with lots of different unrelated ISPs all over the world and nothing to do with Hunted Cow (as if any of us believed that anyway).

3 x now I have logged in out using either my phone or pc with no issues.

We'll be updating the game later today which should hopefully resolve the issues folk have been having with logging in. We'll be taking the game down at 1pm GMT but don't expect the downtime to last more than a couple of hours

I can't disable buffs from the world map. Minor issue I know but worth pointing out.

PvP ladder reset notification just broke, got this message: "01:10 19/Sep/2018 You ranked 2nd in your PvP Band! You have gained 3 x PvP Ladder Token."

 

There's no PvP token icon as you can see in the screenshot:

only abracadabra guild achieve is showing on manage page and we have earned 3 others :-)

 

edit: seems to show other guilds tho not when you look at your own :-)
