can anyone tell me if this is accurate? i've spent the last couple of days losing levels to be in the PvP and GvG hotspot of the 115ish area, as I have just found out this won't work because of my VL. can i really reduce my VL?

You do not lose XP with GvG attacks, only PvP.
You cannot manually reduce your VL unless your Level Up Points (Attributes) are not assigned. Please also note that if you have purchased the XP lock upgrade at any time it will not allow you to drop below the locked amount unless you are hit via a Bounty.

so your saying it is possible to reduce my VL if points are not assigned, and I've never bought an XP lock.

Yes werd. You don't need to reset your skill points, just your level up points and then don't assign them again. that way as you lose Xp your VL will drop with your actual level.

skill points are already reset. will do an allocation reset when I buy FSP tonight.

Just curious, why would you delevel to 115 =D? if it's for GvG I would suggest to level up ;D as it opens more targets and less competition ^^
