Hello!

 

I have problem with quest : "A Study In Blood"

I can't get the picture because of one reason - the artist always do the same animation near portrait and if I reenter 100 times he also doing this . . . he cant go upstairs and i cant kill him. The only action that I can make is "steal portrait" and he just call guards . . . i cant do anything

Please help i want to do that Quest.
