Thanks for the Event, Cows! I finally obtained the elusive 175 buffs after 8 years

Well, I just found out that my post was locked for some unknown reason. 

 

So, I guess this is the most appropriate place to say, "Pretty nice job HCS".

 

There was still lag, which means definite room for improvement, especially ahead of any speculated app release.

 

But overall, a great job compared to the last 10 years.

Was actually going to edit my last post, but felt adding was a better idea.

 

Could I suggest (well, I just did) having a home page announcement for the end of the double XP?

 

Personally, I thought the first complaint in the Global Chat was kind of tongue-in-cheek, though relevant (based on announcement time at 12:28ST and 72 hours not being completed before the end). 

 

But I did just see another player comment (and to their "credit", it didn't really seem like a "complaint") on their confusion.

 

It got me thinking. Peeps go to the home page and see the announcement and maybe get all excited.

 

It would be nice to see some "end" posts there to hopefully help avoid confusion and player angst.
