that is a long time, but i think i saw one that beat it recently. sometime last week i saw like 3 and a half hours in the difference between two world chat messages. i wondered why the chat hadnt been used in so long

I turned the world chat off on the first day it was introduced, as it was driving me nuts trying to keep up, and also was totally in the way of the game...since then I have never had it on again....I still prefer the chat on maps, even if I talk to myself mostly on there

try it again with the right screen align option. It is actually much nicer now that the initial intro phase is over.
