My idea is to add a Prestiege potion. You would need to use 1000 Prestiege to make a tradable 60 minute duration potion(Level 300 potion) that gives 10% extra exp(Can be boosted with distil).

Yes - This would boost pvp and bounty board activity a lot.

How? If you want Prestige, engage in PvP. How does a potion of it help generate interest in PvP?

People will start farming prestiege, exchange them for prestiege potions that give bonus exp and sell them on auction house for currency

Again, how does that encourage anyone not already farming Prestige? Furthermore, by selling Prestige Potions, you're actually driving people away.

I agree with Grim. If people want their added bit of XP, have them participate and earn it themselves.

 

Like he said, if you give people an option to buy it, it removes them from that aspect - sure, they'd like that, but there has to be give and take. You want the XP gain? Earn it.

yea no,, not only does this give prestige to those who dont pvp but theres a similar pot you can get with ladder tokens that is bound and cant be distiled.
Also you can exchange the prestige for your own buff that lasts way longer 
And level 300 is insane since its based on a 1% more exp per point  the max level is 10

This....

I rarely PvP these days, mostly just a few for the occasional DQ, and a bounty hhere and there.  I always have enough prestige for the full 360 minutes....  yes, I get posted now and again, but since prestige wwas designed for PvP players to begin with, I see no reason for a sellable potion.  The one on the ladder is a different story, since PvP is also the only way to get it....
