Tickets are a waste of time now as they cant be bothered answering them .. I couldn't access this account and placed a ticket ... in over 4 months they asked me one question .. what my email for my account was then nothing ... I sorted this problem out .. I would love to merge my 2 accounts but wont hold my breath ... but I wish you all the very best
