QUICK FIXES

If you are an owner of one of our iPad or iPhone games and it crashed on your Apple device, please attempt one of these fixes before reporting an issue. They are very simple and are approved by Apple.

1) Update your iOS version
iOS updates from Apple are free and should fix any issues playing your game.

If you already have iOS5

2) Should an iOS update not be available or you still have an issue after updating, please include the following information in your BUG report.

a) The name of your Apple model e.g. iPad, iPad2, iPad3, iPhone3, iPhone3GS iPhone4, iPhone4GS, iPod Touch Your devices iOS version

c) What scenario/mission/quest were you playing when the game crashed, if you were not in a scenario when exactly did the game crash?

d) What side/race were you playing at the time?

Any help you can provide on identifying crash issues is greatly appreciated and helps us identify and fix issues for all players.

This game is really easy. Just look at the post before you and reply with the first thing that comes to mind. No double posting, wait until someone else has posted to go again.
