Suggestion for PVP and GVG

Suggestion for PVP...just an idea i have been mulling over..i sent it to Grim and he suggested i post it in the forum and get some feedback..so here it is

No bounties can be placed on hunters clearing bounties using 10 stamina for 10 hits

Any hunter using 100 stamina hits to clear a bounty will have the normal possibility of a bounty

i think this will help get a little more activity on the bounty board and encourage new players to try their hand at bounty hunting. but still let players bounty 100 stamina hits from hunters looking to gain their smasher medal

GVG.. it would be nice to have a guild achievement for GVG ..this may encourage more guild to get involved and participate in gvg...maybe 1 for winning and 1 for successfully repelling an initiated gvg

sending gear to inactive players

it has come to my attention that there are players who have been sending gear to inactive players in other guilds...this fills up that players backpack rendering that space useless to the guild . i would like to suggest that all gear sent outside of a guild must be a secure trade..this would solve the problem immediately ... i'd like to call on all founders to send tickets to huntedcow in support of this idea.
