Thanks to Misfit ^^

 

So checked all possible melee skills/spells with 0 VP stacks and 10 VP stacks. I'm not sure if it should be like that but DoTs like rupture, sear and lethal concotion don't stack with it. Talented rupture impact works fine

bleeds shouldnt stack.. they already go through armor and everything else...

By definition of vicious poison they should

Bleed effects are not affected by damage dealt % modifiers. Neither Vicious Poison nor Vindicated affect bleed damage.

 

I strongly believe this is working as intended. Bleed effects are strong enough as-is.
