That literally is the same concept of a guild buff market place

Not even close, offline players can't buff anyone, which is the biggest problem with the initial post.

That just save "click on players name > send to player > choose amount of gold > sent", it's just a shortcut.

Yeah, everybody missed my point.... Suffice it to say not all buffs have such common availability. Some are IMPOSSIBLE to get in ANY potion form and I'll never be a high enough level to buff myself. If it's not available at any price in the buff market, all I have left to do is hope a guildmate is on that has it? Well, people don't stay on 24/7, so I'll be pestering some of you at or near EoC for the rare buff I can't find by any other means....

You could do it like the old days and actually PM people and ask if they have x buff or y buff. Then add them to your ally list so you can ask again when you need it. I have a ton of unallocated points and if there is something unavailable In buff market, I would gladly invest and sell said buffs for a sweet profit ;-)

auto refresh

Oh, ok, forgot about that, you got me...But that happens already anyway, players set each buff for 1 FSP (plus the gold offer for normal buyers), the guildmates buy from the FSPs to not overflow the seller wallet with delicious gold, and when the seller comes back he send the payments back to the guildmates.

But sincerely that's not very important because most of the players have access to all the buffs (by self buffing or guild chat) anyway, if someone is willing to run auto-refresh 24/7 just to give free buffs for guildmates, let it be, I'll not really be much bothered, but I think the idea of a guild buff bank a very different history.

I hate to play this card but it's always played against me. It's your own fault your in a smaller guild join a bigger guild if you want buffs and active players.

I know he's not talking to me..... I stand behind my opinion, and since BG has already stated the company position, this is a dead horse, no sense in beating it more.......

I can't tell you how many times I have clicked Buy Buffs in the Buff Market. Only Not to get the Buffs. Because the seller had no Stamina left.

I would Never want to get rid of the Buff Market. But it would slow buying down a lil bit for big active guilds.

You cant have players who quit have their buffs in this market. Is totally acceptable. I was thinking something along the lines of like 24 hours. At the most a week, but I can't see for everybody else going for that.

100% agreed

Hey.

A nice idea but there'd have to be a ton of safeguards and to be honest, there are potions in the AH, Composing and the Buff Market. This would negatively impact all of these. For those reasons, I don't see this being implemented.

I had a similar idea not too long ago - it was to add designation to buff market so you could buy buffs for a friend or guild mate through the existing market.  I think this was reasonable, but looked at as just another means to further my own personal agenda.  I think it's a positive idea to add to game regardless of how it's implemented
