i have made a ticket 5 to 6 days ago, and still no reply, come on, how is it suppose to be a support page if you never reply to tickets. my current ticket is, how can a inactive gain a medal but a active player can't on the medal announces? i don't get it ....... inactive player is not suppose to can such medals as the player is inactive aka not playing any more
