Idea for a new game Concepts. Both a PvP and PvM one.

Gurgriss (sp?) Colosseum  is basically an abandoned husk of an object in Mountain Path...why not give people another reason to venture to the Home Teleport map other than the cheap Teleports to World Areas between seasonal events?

Pit Fight idea PvM:
 
Basically it'd be players killing monsters in an arena, they'd get stronger each time all creatures in that arena are wiped out until all players are dead. 
 
The thing would be that at some point they'd have to team up. 
 
Basically using the relic function to have everyone on that monster, a player could then intitate a team attack, based on the stats on that monster against the stats of the whole team on top of the monster. The "team attacks" outcome if failed, would only kill the player initiating the attack.
 
There would be no stam cost for moving around the map, and obviously rewards could be gained for doing the arenas. They could be done for 100 stamina with a max of 10 per day. The further you get the better.... however. So it's not just an EOC slugfest, the xp gained from creatures would be scaled to level just like mobs would in game, being a way that players can work together to both help newer players advance into content without altering existing content, and also interact with people in other guilds to work together.
 
Rewards would possibly include in some cases small modest character upgrades. like 5-10 max stamina or 1 BP slot if not already maxed out (or minigame tokens that can be exchanged for them/other prizes if HCS isn't keen on the idea). Imo, it would be giving an in for players who cannot afford to reliably donate as much as well as having a good game feature that everyone can participate in....
 
 
There would be event gear. Basically during specific weekends players could obtain in prizes based on how many arenas they participated in and how many wins, BOUND but interesting fun looking gear/items/potions/etc that were specific to that event. 
 
 
 
 
The PvP idea "Gladiator Arena"
 
We could do this also for a gladiator fight. 
 
Basically PvP Arena (with or without combat moves, basically no potions/buffs/etc would calculate in the stats in arena, and you can't see what an opponent set as their gear setup upon entering the Arena), but we could either have 
 
A) Current/regular gear selections, with certain times of day that there would be Level/type/forge caps on the gear (like some arenas), and others with an open level free for all. An idea to address level differences of gear, durability would decrease at 2x or maybe as much as 5x in the arena to help with whittling down those higher level stat differences ;)
or 
B) Players able to choose from an assortment of Gladiator gear they would select prior to going into the arena. (Possibly could be won as bound cosmetic type gear? Just an idea)
 
 
 
Players are roaming around the map taking each other on in straight up pvp combat. 
 
In The Gladiator arena, players can essentially engage in combat that has 2x the normal xp loss and cannot post a player more than once per day for Gladiator bounties.
 
Gladiator bounties must be settled in the gladiator arena. Gladiator bounties don't have a time limit, and new Gladiator bounties add to the bounty on that player. Gladiator bounty leader board is another idea to give bragging rights.
 
Gladiator bounties however would also be 2x the normal xp loss per pvp hit than the BB has been. 
 
****Furthermore, gold lost/stolen in the Gladiator arena is 10x the normal rate... (thus WHY would you carry loose gold into the arena? To repair your equipment, thus a new gold sink). ****
 
It would possibly have some new medals, (like gladiator kills, highest 10 gladiator bounties) as well as modest rewards in terms of pvp related potions that are not bound.... essentially having a REAL reward for pvping in the Gladiator arena versus normal pvp merely for gold.
 
 
Stamina used in the arena would be normal for attacks as pvp is now, would count towards smasher medals, and movement would not cost stamina. The reason being that you can only attack someone in the Gladiator arena via Gladiator duels by finding them in the arena and killing them, and you are in a relatively enclosed small area, not traveling the wilds of the world. 

After dying 10 times you are cooled off for 4-6 hours for participating again. (Or you could spend gold and cut hours per cooldown down to 30/60 minutes which increases in cost per time until 00:00 time and cost is reset just like potion making is, another gold sink :P).
 
 
Think of it as a virtual representation of a blend of Arena and PvP with an open level range. Anyone can hit anyone. This could give people who are in the same guild also a way to pvp each other (and even teach other players PvP possibly as well via a "Training Dojo") as well as team up with people to take on a more noteworthy foe > :D
 
 
 
These two ideas can really address a lot of issues. A lump sum 100 stamina monster arena that anyone can do, and lower level players are rewarded for succeeding in due to higher difficulty of doing so, as well as a new PvP concept that could really spark interest in PvP that has been...lacking? due to a lot of various factors. 
 
I'm just trying to think of something interesting to add to the game for both Levellers and PvPers. I wanted to post an idea that might bring some of the fun back to the game again, that seems to be missing for a lot of people.
