There is no background in Arcane Sanctum (Sirunax, and Betex Void too, I believe). I have noticed this with both the 64bit and 32bit clients. I have not been able to log on through the browser, so I don't know if it's okay there. There use to be a really cool looking star field, if no one knows what I am talking about.
