who is Havamal :shock:
Havamal is a what. Norse poem (actually a collection of poems all bunched into one). Translates roughly to "Sayings of the High One".

Exactly - theHavamal is indeed a collection of Scadinavian poetry attributed to the God Odin, as he named himself "Har" or the "High One". In essence, a collection of pearls of wisdom to be use din everyday life, and is considered as almost a "Holy book" by the adherents of the religion of Asatru. ( of which I am one)

now that was the biggest laugh I had all week
Now, this is starting to sound a lot like the last "war" I participated in - prostrations about "honour"..the "ethics" behind the attack...the complete and utter lack of a backbone by the opposing Guild, etc etc etc. I believe this sums it up nicely -
You mean the party you threw where you were the only one to show up? I know you got lots of RSVP but dang,,,,
What about all these wars the guild you currently choose to hide in,,,why doesnt your stam ever go down??
Oh yea of course,,,, putting on your bio that bountys are reserved doesnt matter to the hundreds who want your head on a pike.
At least you got your own to attack safely

Budro (founder of the Warrior Kings guild) has requested that this thread be CLOSED. In fact, it is my understanding, through 88Magnus88, that Budro has made the closure of this thread a precondition of the termination of hostilities. Accordingly, I have requested that the thread be closed.

This isnt my thread to troll and that is simply beneath a reply.
Uhh..ya already "trolled" it. That I posted up there was a quote. But, you are right..it's best to keep your nose out of the line of fire, lest you find yourself under the gun as well.
It's also slightly odd that you thought I was referring to the "war" with the gaseous dead considering I only used the words "the last war I was in" War is a constant in WK after all.
