hi! im a ranger and i think eagle eye talent tree isnt working. i did a test about it in to3 first boss story mode. before the update, i hit 28k damage crit and now only 12k. i thought it was the tornado that got nerfed. then i do black fang cuz it has lower cooldown than 5 seconds and normal attack too. first attack should be lower damage cuz the eagle eye isnt activated yet and the second skill will do more damage cuz the eagle eye was cast by the first hit. but why does the 1st hit and 2nd hit got the same damage? please fix this bug please.

nerf rangers too much dmg from a fairy shooting a plank of wood from out of dmg range.

250% range dps + 10% henrage - base DPS around 1300 -
260%
Not sure math with -15% eyeeye - Think still doing to much dmg as is. with with crit 50%
Not goood with match but 300% 1300 = 4k Dmg before armor so forth crit 50% = 6k Dmg
Dealing 12k Crit still deal 100% more dmg then should bad math some who can do math is that about right ?
As far -15% armor not sure hwo that skill work's in genral as no why see what emenry armor is and or if reducing armor. - War tree add 6%
Even so with out factoring in armor Torando deal around 6k Dmg with crit?

Monsters in story mode don't have armor.
Damage is the same.
No bug here, test your eagle eye talent in dungeon mode

Still issue on Torando DPS is that adding up right if any oen can do math.

i really dont know how the armor and dps system works frog. i just observe then calculate. but thanx anyway for the info. i just thought that the eagle eye was nerfed then bri said story mode mobs have no armor. thats the answer of my question lol. but anyways, thanks!
