not sure where to post this so posting it here

 

grim heres a few ideas you told me to post them in the forum i am not one to post in the forum but here goes

 

1) on the epic prices problem if you are going to add even  more epics to the game why not try this to get the new epic why not take some of the low cost epics  example (the Writhing Ward)  and some other items that are useless becuse of all the new sets over lapping in the game  nad use them to invent the new epic also give who ever invents them some sort of credit for the dots on the epics used to invent the new epic say 1/3 of the dots back onto the new epic (leave the hammer and steamwork out of the inventing process) doing this option not will only raise the prices of all the epics used it will also remove epics from the game doing this will cycle epics in and out of game so the epics can keep the prices up and also make hunting the titans more active you can also use the do the same thing with other Legendary,Super Elite, Crystalline,and Epic items this will remove items and make it so all items and worth something and players will have to farm them again.

 

 

2) on the Components back pack please put back the counting of plants in the Components backpack also put back the fast delete option as deleteing 500 items from doing the inventing quests  1 at a time relly takes alot of time to do 1 at a time and after each delete the game refreshs the page it take hrs to delete 500 items from the Components backpack the way it is now.

 

3) on the Recruiting / view pending invites please make is so when you remind and player it drops to the back of the  pages as going thru all the pending invites and clicking onto each one only to have the page reload and go back to page 1 takes forever to do eiather that make it like you did the backpack update to where it dont reload but where u can switch between the pages without the reload.

 

4) (this one no ones going to like)  due to the low amount of active players i think we should lower the max amount of players a Guild can have till the memebership goes back up this will give other guilds more player as the pool of players needing a Guild will go up and more player spead out thru out the remaining guilds  do this only till the membership is back up.

 

5) to get more members why not run more Specials for new members only and i am not talking the fsp buy packages.

 

i have more ideas but will post more topics later..

Not going to get into the ideas of getting more players on atm but for epic inventing...Cows already messed up with the omacaz lol. The rich players with more resources will just buy up all the wards and w/e else there is and mass market the new invent able epic. So same old same old. If anything i would make it to where some invent able items  that can't be saved. As for components it's a good idea but i doubt they cows will think it's really important enough compared to some other new things their implementing

Hang on, so you want to use up "old" epics to create new epics that will be worth a LOT more due to novelty / scarcity and maybe stats, AND get a percentage refund on the old epics ?

 

There is nothing wrong with the price of epics as they are now - demand and supply determine the price and lower prices benefit more players than higher prices benefit..

How about a few buffs that make the epics worth hunting with... when coor attack and def came out it made them useless except for stam gain.. maybe a buff that adds a % to the stats  like enchant Epic ... if they are used in hunting the prices will go up

rebate for points sounds like a bad ideal messing with the economy not good

I didnt really see any new ideas! Many were in one way or another put out there and got a thumbs down already but,,,

 

1 just had to say a couple things about this,, first new epics would be great and that is the stand alone part. Making them out of old ones,, I dont like so much but hey whatever if thats how the cows want to do that but,,,

Ripple has a Ward, never uses it but still got one. We got it years ago YEARS AGO, for 1100 FSP,, you are seriously suggesting we get a rebate of 350 for making a new epic with it??? 

Im not gonna argue with that :P but its not a good idea.

 

2 fast delete/extract/use/etc is on roadmap already.

 

3 I cant imagine unless you are spending the day sending out invites to every level 1 that appears this is a problem, but with other stuff Id say the page load thats annoying in anything it happens in will be fixed.

 

4 no nobodys gonna like that,, its,, trying to be nice here,,, the worst idea on this list. In fact its the opposite of what would actually be a solution to dwindling base of players is,,,

Eliminate any guild with less than 4 players,, this is particularly annoying when you see "solo" guilds with 8 players that are pretty obvious gear mules and maybe even multis. 

or

Eliminate any guild that goes more than 90 days without someone logging on

Making Epics via recipes using old epics is still ADDING epics to the game that will in turn drive the prices down more since people will be given the choice of all the epics out there and it will all come down to who has the lowest priced epic for sale.

Though, if the epic created from the old epic was crystalline, something that won't last forever and will need to be renewed, THEN I would be in favor for inventable Epics from old epics.

I see some merit in this but as a whole I don't really see much benefit in this except to make the richer players even richer as they will just buy up all the cheap epics and spit out new gear for huge profit...

 

The fact is, when it is no longer worth creating a new Writing Ward (just picking on this one because it's rather cheap now) no one will create new ones because they know it will take more effort and cost more time and stamina than just buying one of the many sitting around in the Auction House.  This is perfectly fine.  Eventually people leave the game for whatever reason and often time they are holding epic gear when they go.  Also, from time to time, items accidentally get dropped or destroyed for whatever reason and the player might not realize it immediately. At some point, these disappearances coupled with the addition of new players will cause players to start making these Epics again and the cycle starts all over.  It's all about suply and demand.

 

Also, keep in mind that there will always be new content coming and with it, new epic items...

Particularly, I don't like the idea of defininf a minumum number of players a guild can have. My guild has only me as a member and it was created in order to help me level my character. I am trying to play the game solo just to know how far I can go without everything a well structured guild has. If this idea come true, I won't be able to level, because I don't have enough FSP or gears. The way I'm playing is unusual, I know, but my strategy is working the way I planned to.

I agree - the maximum and minimum # of players in a guild should be left alone.

 

Messing with the max members in a guild may cause more guilds to be created but that does not add players to the game so it is really pointless as it will end up causing players not being able to experience the benefits of a larger guild (besides, who would you kick from the guild?)

 

Creating a minimum for the # of players in a guild would only cause hardship for the smaller guilds who may be having difficulty getting more players in their guild with a play-style fitting of the guild.  This really doesn't benefit anyone unless you just want to snatch up a guild name that is already in use or for whatever reason just don't like to see so many guild names in the list...

my guild is a small guild with 6 players  who dont play anymore i like the freedom to do what i want and your wanting to change that??? after everything ive put in to my guild i would have to grow bigger or leave??

i agree with u becuz the rich players gets all the epic before we do

maybe make the epic into cyrstal/epics so like it can only has 300durablity and after tht u need another 1
