Here is the current Development Roadmap for the game. Note the ordering of the roadmap was decided by the community on this thread on which you can also find more details about all the upcoming updates.
 
Note that the Development Roadmap excludes content updates for the game - the upcoming content updates can be seen on the Content Roadmap thread that BigGrim posted.

Note the Target Release Dates are estimates, we expect some updates will be finished quicker and some may take longer than planned, however we'll keep the Development Roadmap updated as we implement the improvements.

shouldnt they be 2014 on some unless ur planning on time travel

 

also seeing quite a few were listed as 1 day fixes wouldnt it be wiser to do them first as it gets them out the way while u work on the longer ones

Oops - fixed the dates now :)

 

Sure some of the updates would be quite quick to do, but it's based on the order that was voted by the community in the previous thread. I think some of the more trivial ones could be included in the larger updates however - if this happens I'll just update the roadmap to reflect it.

Thanks for this update Hoof. It looks good and should be good for the game. I'd just wish to see a bit more on the GVG side of things, but will just have to wait. :)

You're right, but looking at the bright side - they're working on fixing this game once again, which it has needed for a long time and continually needs.

Like I said before I think some of the smaller updates can be included in with the larger ones - I'll just update the roadmap as we progress through it :)

Fair enough, until then farming is up.

 

BTW this roadmap will not intervene with seasonal events right? ( Global or Halloween events )

thanks to all FS players that voted for New Guild-based Medals... a lot of players play to help their guilds and it will be nice to see them receive recognition for their actions.

Nice to see the focusing on FS recently :) ... not sure how to bring back my interest in game again :(

    It may be a sometime thing.  It's hard to stay manic  about a game 100% of the time.  Don't get me wrong here, I always say, "Do something even if it's wrong."  And I can't fault the steers in the storeroom about doing nothing with the game, but I wish there was less about making the game easier to play, and more about making it more interesting to play.  I've been bad from time to time and checked out other games, finding them to have flashing graphics, and screens loaded with lots of "stuff" that I don't really need in front of me all the time.  I guess what I'd like is content that makes you have to think.  Challenges that can't be solved by buffing or epic potions.  Enemies that can't be overcome by getting the very best gear. Maybe something like having a SE chase you as you retreat with limited stamina. (What will happen?  What should you do?  Check Back next week to find out!)  I think you get my "very broad" idea.

    Back on December 29, 2010, we had 1050 playing at noon, game time.  Right now at 20:44 game time we have 644.  I hope that these new changes will do something to revitalize the game, but my hopes aren't high.  

    But I'm not going anywhere, I'm here for the long term ;)

Hiding perfect craft...what if i wanted to craft the raggzas tooth or something for arena purposes ? And i happen to have a perf one..lol do i throw it away or something

It was... on the old forum. :)  It only changed when the new HCS account thing was implemented.

Thx for that HCS, the best thing on this is see that we're being heard.

Just a heads up.

On Arena Tokens I saw BG our Hoof saying the Arena prizes will become Arena tokens, I hope that not means that all arena prizes will tokens only. The Shindrak's idea was about add the tokens without change the prizes, and the tokens will go only for who lose on finals (or semifinals, depending on the size of the tourney). But the winner still get the drop. And tokens prizes can be added too.

I hope that is what you mean, :)
