If the rewards of the dailies are chosen well, newbies can build up by doing them, that is the whole point.
But I guess your last remark proves my point. You want an unfair system for the elite, where I like to see something for all of us, but especially something that motivates new players to stick around. If you cannot see that is the biggest issue in this game, then there is no point in discussing this further between the two of us.
But going further on fairness, an EOC player with 40K stam, does also not stand a chance against an EOC player with 80K stam. And again, also in this case, it just takes a few to dominate the others. Daily events in a concept are great, but not if it cannot be made fair for all.
events are tournaments daily quests are simple and doable by everybody
i'd say events are for those who do not know what to spend their stam on
for example i'm currently not leveling titan hunting or spending my stam on anything at all
i assume that i am not alone in this
would be nice to show on some sort of leaderboard how good i am at something in a daily event/tournament
these events can also be guild daily events such as most group kills or most kills as a group
yes obviously those with larger stam banks get a better shot but they also denied the most progress by dumping their stam into the event rather than level or titan hunt.
see it as another activity
you can go pvp/gvg/titan hunt/level/ hunt super elites/ look for chests/ participate in the ladder/ or participate in daily events
to spend ur stam on
and well if the new daily events are fun/interesting due to rewards and would keep those like me who just log in to chat and hang around something to do 
the daily quests are for everybody
as in spend 30 minutes - 1 hour on the game spend some minor stamina and get some nice goodies.
the events are for those who have no idea what to spend their stamina on and want to challenge themselves to compete with others in a tournament.
and unfair systems?
titan hunting either ur fast enough to compete for first place/ get lucky or slowly nudge in kills to get the item you desire.
leveling a cute little newbie with little to no funds to get some sweet pots to a newbie who drops into a massive guild and gets tossed all the goodies towards him.
we're not all kids
we don't all want the golden medal for competing we just want the golden medal if we rank first
and yes if some1 with a massive stam bank who spent hours and hours of time playing the game would get first place wouldn't that only be fair?
the best and those who invested the most and have the best tactics win.
stam banks mean nothing if it's a pvp event it just requires good skill lots of dedication to win
stam banks mean nothing with the current conserve pots and if it's for example a super elite hunting event or a titan huntign event since these have cooldowns.
it's not like we're going to hunt common critters every time. and yes in case we get one of these events then yes it would be nothing but normal that the massive stam banks win that.
we can't always be a winner.
and yes i want a system for the elite just to flush out the very best of their respective aspects of the game.
someone who never did titan hunting can't expect to rank high in a titan hunting event
someone with no experience in pvp can't expect to rank high in a pvp event
etc etc.
if you read hoof his concept it would be a tournament system
if ur not the best then would it be unfair that you don't rank first?
you've never played chess and you go play in a tournament against grandmasters and expect it to be fair?
i mean gaming is competetive not feeding you goodies with the wooden spoon you gotta work for it
people forgot that with the latest uber pots i mean i can go nobrainer regarding gear where i once had to look up what gear i had to wear to get an effective hunt in.
