12h are too long and too strong.
Battle Pack A and Power Leveller A
Here are no composing buffs (just FI can be higher, or Buff Enchancer up to 203), so it is okay. 20 RP

Is it not possible to have a more flexible system where you can build your own packs? Each skill is weighted to have a different RP cost. Just a quick thought, pretty timeless system .

Fortune Pack DAgain not 12h. Not Merchant, Not Treasure Hunter (maybe level 200), add small Lady Luck (175)= Makes gold worthless
12H is not too long for one, since GVGs last awhile and people are not always available to take advantage of the non PvP buff packs. Secondly Gold has been hemorrhaging from the game for many years. It will not make gold worthless. Just a simple look at top 250 richest and top 250 richest guilds can give you a good idea of the state of gold. This is massively attributed to players reaching EOC and not being able to gain gold like they could before without deleveling.

As I've said before, anything that requires major coding like this is not gonna happen, sorry.

Are the proposed RP packs the only changes we can expect for the RP system, or are new RP epics also still an option, or considering (limited) guild upgrades for RP?
As for the packs, I am not that excited, not because I am negative, just because I only level twice a year and the global chests/bought chests usually suffice.
I do like the TP200 in the RP packs though, it will give players that depend on hard work a chance during events to compete with the titans.

I do really like how all of these packages give more value to RP. I did notice that one of the leveling packs has a stalker 400 which is higher than anything we currently have in game. This is kind of cool as making some of the highest possible leveling buffs come from RP instead of Globals or promotional chests is an interesting idea. Would love it if we can have more stuff like this. Maybe introducing the immobilize titan buff being exclusively through RP to be used on seasonal titans for guild events and such.
Regarding the purposed Titan Pack. I understand that the Teleport 200 will heavily affect HCS profit from promos that gives the teleport 175. With zombie brew the promotional chests get you to 202. What if the Titan Pack was lower than teleport 200 but still higher than the teleport 175 we can just cast? Maybe a teleport 185 or 190? Something in that range. Pairing that package with immobilize titan buff would be pretty cool. Just food for thought.

Since there is heads up before a conflict will begin
RP conflict pack at cost of 5
deflect 175 + UB 175 + Invigorate 175
Break it down to 6hrs if you have to...prefer the normal 12 hrs
I was thinking higher than invig 175 as we can already cast higher.

The Packs are what I'm looking at first.
New RP Epics may come later. I'll have to remind myself what exists already (Epics will need to be brought in line with the new formula after all.) as it really has been a while since I looked at these.

Yeah, Teleport 200 will not happen. Where I've made notes next to the proposed Toreth ideas shows where things are unlikely to happen. We will not be added packs that equal or better Promotional packs.

I'm not big on the packs, most especially the high powered one's. IMHO, this is giving a big boost to attacking guilds, without having similar available buffs, at whatever cost, being available to the defending guild., who probably won't have the rp to buy the packs anyway.
