With the last step of the quest: Rites of Passage, where you need to battle against 2 times 3 legionaires and finally Malinda, the most right training legionaire cannot be killed. His health sticks at 1hp, but he keeps continueing his attacks.
You can continue the other 2 rounds however. (like you can see on the screenshot, where I just won the battle against Malinda) But the legionaire from the first round will stay with you untill you go down the stairs.
