Welcome to the Grand Graphic Tournament - Round TWO!  <3

 

EVERYONE in the game is encouraged to vote or their favorite among the graphics below. 

Tick in the corresponding numbers in the poll above to place your votes!

3 polls above, vote for your FAVORITE, SECOND, and THIRD place. Do NOT vote for the same sig more than once, or it will not count!

1st favorite gives = 5 points to that sig.

2nd favorite gives = 3 points to that sig.

3rd favorite gives = 1 point to that sig.

 

To help the artists out, please post in the thread why you voted the way you did. <3

 

Round Two:

- Sigs!

- Theme: ROMANCE!

- Renders/Stocks/Photos:

 

 

 

Each artist may only enter with one entry.

All entries must be created by you, in other words: No ripping.

Entries must not be signed by the user creating them. This is to ensure anonymous voting.

The theme and stocks/renders/photos are provided by the host (Mzzery).

You are not permitted to tell anybody to vote for your entry by any method of communication, or vote for yourself. If caught, you will be banned from all future competitions.

All entries must be unique and new.

Deadline for votes: SUNDAY September 3rd 10pm Server Time!

 

The one with the fewest votes at the end of this round will be eliminated, and not participate in round 3.

 

Round 3 will be posted when the voting ends for round two. This means that whomever gets eliminated will make a gfx for round 3 but it will not be posted. HOWEVER, that person will get the elimination-prize for round 2, if he/she submits an entry for round 3 to Mzzery.

Mzzery will NOT tell anyone who it was that made the eliminated entry, this is completely up to the artist if they wish people to know or not. This is so that nobody will feel embarrassed or anything, about getting eliminated. We hold this competition for FUN, not to make people feel bad, so..  <3

 

If anyone drops out, and does NOT make an entry for the next round, they get nothing. Nobody gets eliminated in such a case, since the number of artists auto-lowered.

 

Prizes will be:

Round 1 eliminatee: 10 FSP < sent

Round 2: 15 FSP

Round 3: 20 FSP ... etc

When there are 3 left, we move into the FINALS!

The WINNER gets 60% of the remaining prize pool!

2nd gets 25%!

3rd gets 15%!

ugh... i will fix this as soon as i can, but im at work, stuck with my phone, and wont be able to get it sorted till i get home to my comp in 9ish hours.... its completely my fault, i shouldnt have moved stuff around in my imgur account when tired.

i moved the first 4 submissions to the same folder as the 4 last, and managed to break it in the process.... i deserve a span... necvermind .... i WILL sort asap... silly work, why dont i get paid to stay home instead? lol

My first choice is signature #3. From the overall finish of the sig, it seems to have a great deal of quality to my eye. From everything to the text to the well-chosen lighting. 

 

My second choice is signature #1. That speaks to me. That is my style of art captured. Dark and gruesome. Love it but it doesn't feel as much as a quality finish as my first choice thus it is my second.

 

My third choice is signature #4. Overall quality is lesser than my first two choices but I like the chosen words written on the piece. That's enough to get my third choice.

 

Again apologies for the lack of decent feedback. I am no artist unlike you people so it's tougher for me to explain why I like art over other art.

 

Can't wait for round #3.

As I said - really hard...

 

Will be brief (can't really CnC properly since I'm one of the contestants).

 

 

5 - like the color scheme. Text is good, but a bit too chrisp. And poor guy <3

 

7 - blending could be better (will provide tips if wanted). Lack of color. Couple is freaking hilarious, love it.

 

3 - Would have been my first choice, but dislike the colors. Too blur, imo.

Forgot to say something on the last one, 

#3 Got my first vote, The colors are lovely, reminds me of a vintage photo considering the zombie has a older style uniform on, The lighting looks perfect with the darker tints and the coloring. It fits the theme very well. Overall loved it.

#5 got my 2nd vote i really love the coloring done on it, as well as the font, I believe the lightning is alittle out of place and confusing but overall the signature is very well made. 

 

#7 I really loved waht was done with this picture, you can see what its about, you can see odd things going on in the background, But its very romancy and matches the theme very well. 


Very hard to vote as i feel all of the entries are really well made. We got some very good competition.

It's really hard since the overall level is high. So congrats to all. 

 

My first choice: #3 (a complex background, light effect, very romantic)

Second choice: #1 (a lot of work for the background, nice colour/lights)

Third choice: #5 (shades of blue, nice effects)

#3 - I just love all of it from the colors to the placement......

#4 - My favorite part is the death theme....the text works well with the photo

#5 - I like how she is faded out as if she's haunting his every thought
