Player A requests an avatar. He/she gets the avatar, asks for changes on the avatar, and does not pay yet because he/she is waiting for someone else to make him/her the avatar, and will 'judge' which is the best, and pay for it. Is that considered 'okay'?

EDIT: To clarify, 'Player A' is a customer of mine..

True, It's not good form. But there are no rules to stop them, (that I know of)
And they could've just made off with both of them and not paid at all...

No its darned ignorant of them if you ask me (and you kinda did lol)

I always now take a down payment to protect against that sort of thing, if they not happy paying downpayment they can go somewhere else simple as.
