While I don't feel experienced enough as of yet to comment on the aforementioned issues, I would like to thank you for your intelligently thought out, well written and easy to follow post. You've not only opened my eyes up to some of the pertaining class/attribute issues, but done well to highlight suggestions for their improvement.
Hopefully the devs take note (I'm sure they are) and we see that large balance patch being spoken of. A +1 from me.

Firstly, +1 to this thread. It would appear that this is long overdue and as a newcomer to the forums, reading the same suggestions, albeit in differing formats, is an absolute pain. Especially when the arguments presented are somewhat incomprehensible or lacking in forethought. I'd strongly recommend this (or a similar post) for a forum sticky.

As a low level who finds it tough to find a group, I would appreciate this being added in game. Further, if it were at all possible to list the number of players queued on each of the different servers, this may assist with group matching.
Currently, in my opinion, most don't bother to use the queue system, instead favouring using WC or another communication method - developments in this area could see the system used more often and more effectively.
