Drinking a pot while mounted will make it look as if your running on the ground while still mounted. The normal mechanics still apply it appears to be just an animation bug.

This is good for a while, i used to see my char running for a few steps before taking off and flying with the wings, reminded me of geese or Swans taking off, hope that animation comes back
