Question. Why is someone able to continue to pvp me when they got groundpounded down dozens of levels? What's the point in people deleveling someone if they can still smack you when you go offline and are dozens of levels below you? This VL thing? The level of the person is drastically below me, then why even bother with pvp ranges? Confusing the mechanics of this game.
