I would personally suggest holding off a bit until closer to the release of composing for this, as this will give ward prices a bit of time to recover as well. I would also suggest something to be done about the excess wards which will inevitably be created from those creatures being released, possibly involving them in composing or something of the sort. Maybe a new epic recipe or two similar to the dragonbane and colossus recipes ... just suggestions.
Yes, we certainly need few new recipes. Everyone has noticed what has happened to writhing ward prices. LEs like reborn cerberus hound have just one important drop used for gideons. Rest set has lost its value. I would like to suggest new improvised versions of such LEs as it was in Upgraded Santork/ Reindeer sets. Or, new higher level recipes should involve few of these lower level LE drops. Then such LE events will be more meaningful than sheer farming them for composing purposes.
My point is simple, being a Legendary or Epic or Super Elite, set should not lose its value.
