This bug is similar to the rumble bug (after update). Typically lord undeath will use a triple-slash-skill before knocking down. This skill induces the cc status, where in effect the knockdown doesnt procs.

Overall I don't like all these CC immune. In other games if you have CC then you can keep it. If you don't want people to overstun/snare etc then just remove some of these effects from skills.
