The new vanity you get from achievement (bunny outfit) takes up a lot of space, 6 spaces for the chest, and 4 for everything else. not everyone has money to buy bags to store all of it in and most peoples banks are full so they either vendor it or wear it and lots of people think its ugly
so maybe something you can use just for storing vanity idk but something needs to be done

New building: Costume shop
Each player would have a "closet" at the costume shop to store only vanity items. A "hanger" in the closet would store a whole set (so for example, the whole white bunny set on a hanger).

Love that, idk if it's yours, but I've seen a lot of beautiful buildings around without a purpose. Great way to use the resources we already have. 
Just something has to be done about vanity.

Even if there was a wardrobe, the vanities would still take up too much space in the wardrobe. There needs to be a way to "pack" and "unpack" a full set. The "hanger" idea would do this because the full set would go in 6 spots.
Alternatively, the set could be packed and the icon could be a sort of "luggage" with the colour/design of the set and stored at the costume shop

Agreed. There is far too much vanity in the game for even a largely expanded storage.
