Killed another player in TA and received 5 tokens for that. But could not deppost them. As I continued I picked up some more tokens on the way. But depositing remained impossible, so in the end I had to logout to solve the problem, but in the process II lost 9 tokens. Getting 50 tokens to complete the quest is hard enough. If you than are not able to depost them either the quest becomes impossible.

Probably had bugged combat, should wait up to 15seconds.

Did you hit plasma lord? As long as you hit plasma lord once, you remain in combat even if you afk on other side of the map, as long as there is still someone fighting him.
If not, then yes it is bugged combat. I've experienced what you did once before.
