Not sure if this is a typo or needs to be sent somewhere else. Never seen a sword that need stripes to put together and not a polishing stone.
Refined Iron Sword level 42.

I concur. Only one I can find is one under wagon & I'm on the Terra Server and there was no one else even around that I saw.

Any clues as to where? I've sent back the one from the market area and near the palace.
Had to change servers to find another guard near the hospital on Terra Server.
