We've had a few users reporting random disconnects, crashes or other problems with the game. This thread is intended help users diagnose problems and give us more meaningful errors so we can in turn help you.

Step 1

Please ensure your Operating System is up to date, this applies to Windows in particular.

Step 2

If you are running any Antivirus check that the Antivirus program is up to date.

Further Diagnosis

If these things give no improvement or they don't apply to your setup (everything is already up to date or system has no Antivirus) then Java has options to bring up the Java Console. You can find instructions on how to enable it here http://www.java.com/...javaconsole.xml

The console shows up as it's own window when a Java application launches and should look similar to this:

If the game fails to load, or crashes and you have the console window active it can give information that we can use to diagnose the problem. Copy any text in the Console and attach it to a Bug Report as a text file.
