How can one player exclaim in global chat that he must wait to receive his. Because he only joined a month ago. Then two minutes later. He claims to remember a player from 08/09. ROFLMAO

Some people have been given permission to start over because they forgot their account and other varying circumstances. IMO i hate how it's so stigmatized.

I remember that player from that time. He left us to be deployed. When I asked why he didn't recover his old account he said he was unable to retrieve it and was allowed to start over. Only BG can verify this, but as he was there at the time, I'm assuming this to be true and one of those exceptions allowed on a case by case basis....
