I agree. Inactives should not be abused for backpack space or their xp. This issue has been raised numerous times and should have been addressed years ago to the chagrin of the game's integrity. C'est la vie!
There could have been an upgrade created for founders to place worthy players into a status whereby if/when players return so does all their accomplishments. It would have actually created more HCS revenues, so I'm surprised it was ignored. I doubt there is much will today by the game owners to shock us with any changes.
As for changing the status quo, good luck!

Almost as good as Zorg's stam fill up... That would be hard to beat. Pleasant surprise though, thanks! Please let us know if we can complain further and receive more free stuff by making excuses and changing into better stam gear. Asking for a friend.

It is now resolved as it turns out somehow all my points were removed from all my buffs without me choosing that option so i had to reassign all the points to all my buffs again ,I hope that never happens again ,i did not reset them but they got reset anyway ...
There are two player upgrades that effect your assigned Skill points. When HCS adds new skills they have also historically unassigned everyone's skill points and given players a free reset.
Remember that the 'Reset All Skill Points' upgrade does not stack. That means if you have not used a free reset, and they give you another free one, you still only have one. So if you still have a free reset, from way back when the last new skills release, it will display at '0' until used.
For the 'Player Reset' upgrade it also resets Skill points and Level Up points. If you read the description the cost increases each use, and I believe it increases by 50% if memory serves.
Be careful wasting free resets.

"2% rule" shouldn't exist. End of story. Why isn't there a 2% for armor? Or attack? Or Damage? Maybe hp too? I see no reason for any stat to be ignored. Also, where is this rule even documented?
You obviously have much to learn about PvP. There have been exactly the same complaints since nearly the games inception. It will not change. Your complaint will not change anything. It's actually just fine the way it is as the posts here attest. It makes sense if you know what you don't know. Good luck learning this lesson. It will definitely help you, not just on this but in your life!

So quick to quit.. the game needs every player at this point.
As stated already, covering all four stats with a hybrid set and add some HP(fortitude and Severe Condition) to be safe would have prevented the loss shown no matter a first strike with a 2%, the combo happens at a higher rate.
Not as easy as 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,r but not that tough either.

If you can be bountied, the attack should count. Is there a single reason WHY it shouldn't?
Changing the code in this game environment is harder than agreeing it should be changed.
