-I click it and receive a message of "I don't see any way to use this"

 

Reading the quest,it does not tell you what to do.

All it says is the shadow caster must be stopped never tells you how.

I am stuck in this quest too. It seems right now the only way to get into Bochdaen Tombs (without a group queueing for the dungeon or a summon from another player) is to complete a quest (or quests, not sure) deep in the Arcane Council path. This should be fixed to allow people who complete only the Eldevin Army path to also enter the area.
