Maybe this should be updated...as its not accurate! Cheers!
I am fairly certain he is trolling you BigGrim. I came to this conclusion because 1. When he posted his comment, their guild didn't have a single active GvG conflict, so how would he have known? 2. The vaguely confusing "Udders on a Bull" reference which I found funny and 3. No follow up information provided after your response.
You see when you have repeatedly told your remaining player base to submit their game issues in a ticket it also implies you don't want them to write about it in the forums. Unfortunately, since HCS doesn't seem to provide any information about when certain aspects of their game aren't working, It makes it extremely important for players to post it here so others will know. For example, it would have been great for you to tell the players something like "Unfortunately our update to GvG ranges did NOT work as intended. Please hold off on guild conflicts if you think this may prevent you from successfully completing your hits due our mistakes until we can correct this issue. (And maybe even issue a thank you and apology for making said mistake, such as...) Thank you to our dedicated player base for testing our updates and informing us of any game related issues that are not working properly. We apologize for any inconveniences this has caused you and please forgive us and continue to support our efforts."
This is what I would consider excellent customer service. Instead, players that do post about mistakes get told they are wrong or that they should submit tickets to provide information and proof about their issue instead of you all doing your own investigations and testing. As a player said to you recently, "We are not employees of HCS!" but since many of us are still passionate about playing, we have been willing to do your work for you.
