I am on the part when you need the Biobotanical Sample.
But I don't have the Biobotanical Sample Blueprint, I never got it and it hasn't dropped from any creature and/or champion

"Crashed Life Pod"
The climb of Mount Nuwa is arduous with hot jets of air ripping through the ground at you. You are surprised to be greeted by a TIU Lab Tech.
The Lab Tech practically runs up to you, grateful to see someone apparently. 'I never expected to find another human being in this hell hole. A life pod has landed here recently. I need to find the occupant, if they are alive, but I'm not set up for this environment. Please look for any survivors from the Life Pod and report back to me if you find anything.'
You discover a Life Pod in a small crater, it has a TIU insignia on it's side.
The pod is empty. The survivor must have left the pod a while ago. You should look into the local Trader for supplies if you are going to search for the survivor in this harsh land.
The Lab Tech stands waiting for you, 'Have you found any clue of the survivor. Its rather important you know?'
You describe the empty life pod and that the survivor must have been eaten by the hungry Thermantia. When you finish you are amazed at the lack of concern from then Lab Tech. You hand him the sample which he takes with open glee, 'Ah, good so it wasn't a total waste. Umm don't tell anyone about this ok?' He then takes a com unit out of his pocket and calls down the flyer for his extraction.
You receive 40,187 Xp and 8 Skill Points
--huh i cant find part with sample

I tried to enter Nuwa Ascent to begin this mission. I received the following message. You have not advanced far enough in the mission 'Crashed Life Pod' to use this stairway. The guide said the mission starts here. So, am I missing something? Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Thanks so much for the advice. The quest guide didn't say anything about any other mission requirements. But, I will go ahead and do the quest that preceded it. Thanks so much!

And don't get too used to the wiki, because it only goes so far.

That will get you through all of the missions until level 421 (and maybe to EOC eventually).
